B2B - Web Design

B2B Website Design That Generates Qualified Leads

Your website is working on your deals even when your sales team isn't. Before a buyer ever contacts you, they've read your case studies, weighed you against alternatives, and formed an opinion about your credibility. We build WordPress sites that serve every role in the buying committee and connect directly to your CRM.

Overview

Features Every B2B Website Needs

Seven things a great B2B site needs to do. We build all of them in from day one.

Navigation

Persona-specific paths

CFOs, VPs, and end users are looking for different things. A well-structured B2B site routes each visitor to the proof and information they actually need, not a one-size-fits-all homepage pitch.

Lead capture

Gated content infrastructure

Whitepapers, case studies, ROI calculators, and comparison guides are lead generation assets when gated correctly. Forms connect directly to your CRM and trigger automated follow-up sequences.

Bottom of funnel

Demo and consultation booking

Bottom-of-funnel landing pages with embedded Calendly or Chili Piper let buyers schedule directly without waiting for a sales rep to respond to a form submission.

Qualification

Multi-step forms

Not every B2B lead is worth a sales call. Multi-step forms built in Gravity Forms score and qualify prospects before routing them to sales or nurture sequences.

Proof

Case studies that convert

Specific results with named clients (where permitted) convert skeptical B2B buyers. We build case study architecture that's easy to add to and designed to be read, not just archived.

Evaluation

Comparison and alternatives pages

Buyers comparing you to three competitors are going to find comparison content somewhere. If it's on your site, you control the narrative.

Compliance

ADA-compliant design

B2B buyers include users with accessibility needs. ADA compliance is a legal consideration and a quality signal to sophisticated buyers evaluating your company.

Process

Our B2B Website Design Process

Five stages from kickoff to launch, built around your buying committee and your revenue stack.

01

Discovery and Buyer Journey Mapping

We start by understanding your sales process, your typical deal structure, and the roles involved in your buying committee. This shapes every content and architecture decision that follows.

02

CRM and Integration Planning

Before a single wireframe is drawn, we map the integration requirements: which CRM or MAP you use, how leads need to be routed, what form data is needed for lead scoring, and where meeting booking needs to live. This is part of the design phase, not an afterthought.

03

Information Architecture and Wireframes

We design the site structure first, mapping how each persona moves from awareness to consideration to conversion. Wireframes get approved before design begins so structural changes don't become expensive late.

04

Design and Copy Development

B2B design is credibility-first. Clean layouts, clear hierarchy, and specific copy that talks to a buyer, not a general audience. We write copy grounded in the problems your buyers actually face.

05

Development, Integration Testing, and QA

Every B2B site we build goes through our 75+ point quality audit before launch. That includes CRM form testing, gated content delivery verification, page speed benchmarks, mobile responsiveness, and ADA spot checks.

B2B Website Integrations We Build

Your revenue stack, connected properly from launch day. Not bolted on after the fact.

CRM

HubSpot

Forms, contact sync, pipeline tracking, and smart content. Most common for mid-market B2B companies building their first serious marketing operation.

Enterprise CRM

Salesforce

WordPress-to-Salesforce form integration for companies where the CRM is the system of record. Web-to-lead flows, field mapping, and campaign attribution.

Enterprise MAP

Marketo / Pardot

Munchkin tracking, embedded forms, and progressive profiling for enterprise companies running sophisticated nurture programs on Marketo or Salesforce Account Engagement.

SMB/mid-market

ActiveCampaign

CRM and email automation for SMB and mid-market B2B companies that want powerful nurture without Marketo-level complexity.

Scheduling

Calendly & Chili Piper

Embedded scheduling on demo, contact, and bottom-of-funnel landing pages. Chili Piper adds intelligent lead routing for teams with territory or product-line ownership.

Forms & enrichment

Gravity Forms, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn

Multi-step forms with conditional logic, form enrichment via ZoomInfo or Clearbit (Breeze), and LinkedIn Insight Tag for audience matching and retargeting.

FAQ

How much does a B2B website cost?

Most B2B websites we build run $2,000-$12,000. That range covers a well-structured, professionally designed site with CRM integration, gated content capability, and our full QA process. Enterprise builds with deep Salesforce or Marketo integration, ABM landing page systems, or complex multi-step form architecture run higher. We scope everything in a free consultation so there are no surprises.

How long does it take to build a B2B website?

A typical B2B website takes 8-12 weeks from signed contract to launch. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly decisions get made on your side: content approval, stakeholder sign-off on wireframes, and integration access. We run a structured process and keep things moving, but B2B sites often involve more internal review cycles than consumer sites. We plan for that upfront.

Can you migrate our existing site to WordPress?

Yes. We handle migrations from most platforms, including HubSpot CMS, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Drupal, and older WordPress installations. Migration work includes content transfer, URL redirect mapping to protect existing SEO equity, and rebuilding any integrations the old site had. We don't do platform migrations as a standalone service; they're part of a full redesign engagement.

Will you write the copy for the site?

We can. Copywriting is available as an add-on or built into the project scope depending on how much content the engagement requires. In our experience, B2B copy benefits enormously from being written specifically for the buyer personas and sales process we document in discovery, rather than repurposed from existing marketing materials. We recommend including it.

Do you build landing pages for PPC campaigns?

Yes. We build dedicated landing pages optimized for conversion, matched to specific ad groups or audiences, and connected to your CRM and analytics. These can be standalone pages or part of a broader site build. For teams running ongoing PPC programs with us, we iterate landing pages based on conversion data. Learn more about B2B PPC.
