Marketing
Marketing that has to earn its spot on the invoice
Marketing has to compete with every other thing you could spend that money on, so it only gets a spot on our proposal if we think it’ll pay for itself. Services start at $500/mo, with per-project pricing for copy and audits, and every one of them has a fixed scope and a real number attached.
“Marketing” gets used as a catch-all for whatever an agency is trying to sell that quarter. We split it into specific services with specific prices instead: SEO, Google LSA management, social posting, copywriting, and one-off audits. You pick what you need. We’ll tell you straight if something on this page isn’t worth it for you.

Why us
Why teams use us for marketing instead of a separate agency
Plenty of agencies sell marketing without touching the site it points to. We do both, and that changes how we work.
- We see the whole picture. We run marketing for the same clients we host and build sites for, so we’re looking at your traffic, your conversions, and your site's actual performance in one place, not guessing at what happens after someone clicks an ad.
- Every service has a fixed scope and price. You’re not signing up for a mystery retainer. You know what you’re getting and what it costs before you commit.
- We say no to services that won’t work for you. If a tactic doesn’t fit your business, we’ll tell you instead of selling it anyway.
- We’ve been doing this since 2002. We’ve watched every marketing fad show up, get oversold, and fade out. That perspective shapes what we recommend.
- We don’t upsell into things you don’t need. If one service covers your goal, we won’t pitch you the other four.

How we run marketing engagements
Marketing only works if the site it points to actually converts. If your site’s got problems we notice along the way, slow pages, a confusing form, broken navigation, we’ll tell you, even if fixing it isn’t what you hired us for.
We start with whichever lever moves fastest for your business, and that’s not always SEO. A local service business might get more out of Google LSA management in month one than an SEO retainer that takes months to build up. We’ll tell you which one makes sense for your situation instead of defaulting to whatever we sell the most of.
Every engagement gets a 90-day check-in built in, so you’ve got a real point to look at the numbers and decide if it’s working. We don’t lock anyone into a 12-month contract to get started.
Timeline & investment
How it works and what it costs
We’ll recommend a starting point on a free call, not a generic package. From there, pricing depends entirely on which service (or combination) fits your goal.
How it works
- ✓Free 20-30 min conversation. We talk through what you need more of and what you’ve already tried.
- ✓We recommend the specific service that fits. Matched to your goal and your budget, not the other way around.
- ✓Month-to-month on ongoing work. SEO, LSA management, and social posting all run as retainers you can step away from.
- ✓Quoted upfront on one-off work. Copywriting and audits get a real number before we start, based on scope.
Investment
- ✓Prices start at $100/mo, the floor for Google LSA management, and scale up by scope from there.
- ✓SEO from $750/mo, social from $500/mo, copy $150-250/page, audits from $1,500. Every service has its own fixed price.
- ✓Fixed scope, no surprise invoices. You know what’s included before you sign anything.
- ✓No long-term contract. Ongoing services are month-to-month.
Is this right for you?
Who this marketing lineup is (and isn’t) a fit for
We’d rather turn down a bad fit than sell you the wrong thing. Here’s the straight cut.
You’re a fit if
- ✓You’ve got a working website but traffic or leads aren’t moving
- ✓you’re stuck deciding between SEO, PPC, and social and want straight advice
- ✓You want one team handling the site and the marketing so nothing falls between the cracks
- ✓You’re a local service business or B2B firm
- ✓You value fixed-fee clarity over billable-hours mystery
You probably don’t need this if
- ✗You want a full brand-strategy engagement (we’re more execution-focused)
- ✗You need a 30-person team running enterprise-scale programs
- ✗You want the cheapest possible option (we’re not it, but we’re upfront about what works)
- ✗You already have an in-house marketing team and just need extra hands (we’re not a staffing shop)
If that’s you, we’ll say so on our first call. No hard sell.

FAQs
Which service should I start with?
Depends on what’s slowing you down. Tell us your situation on a free call and we’ll recommend the specific service that fits, not a default package. For a lot of local service businesses that’s Google LSA management. For businesses that need long-term organic traffic, it’s SEO.
Do you require a long contract?
No. Ongoing services like SEO, LSA management, and social posting run month-to-month. One-off work like copywriting and audits gets quoted per project.
Can I combine services, like SEO and LSA management?
Yes, plenty of clients run more than one at a time. Each service still has its own fixed price, so combining them just means adding the line items, not a bundled markup.
How do you measure success?
Against the specific goal we set at the start, whether that’s phone calls, form fills, rankings, or leads from your ads. We set a 90-day check-in on every engagement so there’s a real point to look at the numbers together.
What if what I’m buying isn’t working after 90 days?
We say so and change course. Since nothing’s locked into a long contract, you can adjust scope, switch services, or step away without a penalty.
