Yes. We maintain WordPress sites built by other agencies or previous vendors. We start with an audit of the existing site's security posture, plugin health, and backup situation before taking it on, so we understand exactly what we're working with. Any critical issues found in the audit get addressed before ongoing maintenance begins.
We test all updates in a staging environment before applying them to the live site. For agencies with Granicus, Municode, Laserfiche, or other platform integrations, we verify those connections are intact after every update cycle. If an update introduces a conflict, we catch it in staging and resolve it before it affects what residents see.
Yes. Both the Priority Care and Agency Care plans include a monthly content edit allocation, and additional hours can be added to any plan. For agencies that need a higher volume of regular updates, we can structure a custom arrangement that makes more sense than billing for overages.
