Most hosting companies host everything: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, static HTML, whatever gets signed up. That works fine until something goes wrong, and then you're on the phone with someone reading from a script who's never touched WordPress core. We only host WordPress, run by the same team that builds and supports the sites, so there's one place to call and one team that actually knows what's on your server.

Why us
Why teams host with us instead of a big-box host
Big hosting companies sell space on commodity infrastructure. That's not a knock on them, it's just a different business than ours.
- Level-1 support doesn't know WordPress. When something breaks on a big-box host, you get a support rep working off a script, not someone who understands plugins, themes, or why your site is actually slow.
- We picked our infrastructure for WordPress. We're not running a general-purpose server and hoping WordPress behaves. It's set up specifically for how WordPress works.
- We don't oversell servers. Cramming too many sites onto a box is how big hosts keep margins high and your site keeps timing out. We don't do that.
- We don't upsell you into pricier tiers you don't need. If your site doesn't need more, we don't push you there just to raise the bill.

What's included in hosting

- Daily backups, three ways, 30-day retention. We keep three types of backups at any given time for at least the past 30 days. Restore anytime through the helpdesk, free of charge.
- Free hack cleanup if you're hosted with us. If your site ever gets compromised while you're on our hosting, we clean it up at no cost. No separate fee, no separate quote.
- No onboarding or setup fees. We handle the migration and get you moved over. There's no separate setup line item on the bill.
- Site email notifications, yes. Mailboxes, no. Notifications from forms and site activity are handled. We don't do mailbox hosting (@yourcompany.com email accounts). If you need help setting up or migrating email, we can refer you to an IT partner.
- SSL certificates. Included and kept current, no separate purchase or renewal to track.
- WordPress-aware caching. Tuned for how WordPress serves pages, not a one-size-fits-all cache layer.
- Malware scanning. Ongoing checks so problems get caught early instead of showing up as a client complaint.
- PHP and database tuning. Adjusted for your specific site instead of left on defaults.
- Staging environment. A safe place to test changes before they go live.
- Uptime monitoring. We know when your site goes down, often before you do.
- DNS management, if you want it. We can handle your DNS too, or leave it where it is. Your call.
How it's different
How our hosting is different from a big-box host
If you just need cheap generic hosting for a static site, we're not the cheapest. Plenty of $5-a-month hosts will get a simple site online just fine. We're purpose-built for WordPress sites where the site actually matters to the business, where downtime or a slow page costs you something real.
That's also why we bundle hosting with a care plan instead of selling them as two separate line items. Hosting without someone watching updates, backups, and security is only half the job, and a care plan without control over the hosting environment means we're troubleshooting on infrastructure we didn't set up. Yes. We point your existing domain at our hosting, you don't need to buy a new one or change how people find your site.
Do I have to bundle hosting with a care plan?
No, but most clients do, since hosting and care plans overlap so much that splitting them rarely saves you anything. We're happy to talk through your specific situation on a call.
What kind of infrastructure do you run on?
We run a managed environment set up specifically for WordPress, tuned for caching, PHP, and database performance instead of a generic server config. Happy to walk through the specifics on a call.
Can I migrate off later if I want to?
Yes. There's no long-term contract, and it's your site. If you want to move it elsewhere down the line, we'll help make that happen cleanly.
