Which care plan is right for our site?
It depends on your plugin count, how many integrations you're running, and how often your capability content changes. A straightforward brochure-style manufacturing site fits our Core plan. Sites with active RFQ integrations and regular content updates typically need Pro. Sites with complex ERP or CRM connections and a need for fast turnaround on changes fit best in Priority. We'll recommend a tier after reviewing your site.
Do you monitor our RFQ form and integrations, or just the WordPress core?
Our Pro and Priority plans include RFQ form and integration health checks specifically, not just core WordPress monitoring. That means we're testing that CAD file uploads still work and that your CRM or ERP data flow hasn't broken after an update, not just confirming the site loads.
Can you add new capability or certification pages as part of a care plan?
Yes. Our Pro and Priority plans include content update support, which covers adding new certifications, updating equipment lists, and publishing new capability or materials pages. Larger content projects, like a full new product line rollout, are scoped separately.
