Yes, with some conditions. We'll audit the site first to understand its current state, plugin stack, and any technical debt that needs to be addressed before we can take it on. If the site requires remediation work before it can be maintained properly, we'll tell you what that involves and what it costs. We don't take on sites we can't maintain responsibly.
Because we test IDX plugin updates in a staging environment before touching the live site, most breaks are caught before they affect your buyers. If a conflict is discovered in staging, we hold the update and contact the plugin vendor or work around the conflict before pushing to live. If something does break on the live site due to a circumstance outside the update cycle, we treat it as a priority and address it immediately.
That depends on the plan. Essential clients get weekly backups. Professional and Brokerage clients get daily backups. All backups are stored offsite, separate from your hosting environment, so a server issue doesn't take out your backup at the same time. Restoration from backup is included in the plan; it's not a separate billable event.
