What isn't included by default
Being clear about scope
Not every website needs every service, and we'd rather be up front about what's a separate scope than pretend everything is included.
Priced separately
SEO campaigns, Google Ads management, Google Business Profile management, copywriting for new pages, custom photography or video, native mobile apps, complex custom integrations, and ongoing content production are typically scoped and priced separately from the core website build.
Your proposal will show which of these are included in your project and which are recommended as optional add-ons.

Are hosting and care required?
We recommend hosting and a care plan with CyberOptik because it's how we support what we build. You aren't required to. Your website belongs to you, and we'll set it up so it can be moved to another qualified host if that's what you decide.
Do you write the content?
Copywriting for new pages can be added to a project. Many clients bring their own content and use us to structure and place it. Your proposal will tell you which approach makes sense.
Can we edit the website ourselves after launch?
Yes. That's why we build on WordPress and tailor the editor around your content. You get a video manual and a training session so your team can manage day-to-day updates. When you'd rather we handle a change, our helpdesk is one email away.
What if we need custom integrations?
We handle common integrations (CRM, forms, analytics, marketing tools) as part of most projects. Complex custom integrations are scoped separately so both sides understand the work involved before it starts.
