Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
Get leads faster than SEO will produce them
Google Ads management for teams that need pipeline moving before organic can catch up. Keyword research, ad copy, landing page recommendations, and ongoing optimization, with a fixed management fee and transparent adspend that goes to Google directly.
PPC and SEO solve different problems. SEO builds visibility over months. PPC gets you in front of ready-to-buy searchers this week. For most of our clients, some combination of the two is what actually works. If you need leads in the door now, PPC is the straight answer.

Why us
Why PPC works when it's set up right
PPC gets a bad reputation because most accounts are set up poorly and left alone. Here's what a properly managed campaign actually does.
- Reaches ready-to-buy searchers immediately. The people typing your exact service into Google are the closest to converting. PPC puts you in front of them the day your campaign goes live.
- Fills the gap while SEO builds up. SEO takes 6-12 months to hit its stride. PPC fills that window with actual leads.
- Tests what actually converts. Every dollar you spend teaches you which keywords, ads, and landing pages actually turn into calls. That data feeds back into SEO and the website itself.
- Scales up or down on demand. Slow month? Turn up the budget. Booked out? Pause the campaign. It's the most flexible channel we run.
- Works even when your SEO is behind competitors'. You don't have to out-rank a competitor to out-convert them. A better ad and landing page beats a higher position.
Services
What we do
- Keyword research. The searches that actually match buying intent for your service, not just high-volume terms that burn budget.
- Ad copy that isn't generic. Ads tuned to what your ideal customer is actually looking for, with variations we test against each other.
- Landing page recommendations. Where your existing site won't convert paid traffic, we say so. We can build dedicated landing pages if the current pages aren't cutting it.
- Campaign structure and bid strategy. Search vs. Display vs. Performance Max, ad groups, negative keywords, bid strategies, all set up based on your goals rather than a template.
- Conversion tracking setup. Real tracking: calls, form fills, and where possible, actual sales. You can't optimize what you can't measure.
- Ongoing optimization. Weekly or biweekly account review, bid adjustments, negative keyword additions, ad testing, and budget reallocation.
- Landing page A/B testing where it moves the ROI. Testing headlines, offers, and forms on the pages that receive most of the paid traffic.
- Monthly report. Spend, clicks, cost per lead, cost per sale where trackable, and what we're changing next. You see the picture, not a data dump.
Process
How PPC actually works
PPC can go bad fast if it's set up wrong. Bad keywords burn through budget with nothing to show. Weak ad copy tanks click-through and pushes your cost per click higher. Landing pages that don't match the ad kill conversion. That's why the setup phase matters more than the ongoing work.
The first month is heavier on our side: keyword research, campaign build, tracking setup, and (if needed) landing page work. Once the account has a couple weeks of real data, the ongoing work becomes iterative: what's converting, what isn't, and where to move budget.
On budget: we don't take a cut of your adspend. That goes to Google directly. Our fee is separate, so there's no hidden markup or incentive for us to push more spend just because we get paid more.
Timeline & investment
How it works and what it costs
Here's the real breakdown of the process and what to expect for the investment.
How it works
- ✓Kickoff and audit. Existing account (if any), goals, ideal cost per lead, and what your close rate looks like on paid traffic.
- ✓Campaign build, 1-2 weeks. Keywords, ad groups, ad copy, negatives, tracking setup, landing page recommendations.
- ✓Launch and data collection. First 2-4 weeks are heavier on watching, learning, and adjusting.
- ✓Ongoing optimization. Weekly or biweekly account work, bid tuning, ad testing, negative keyword building, budget reallocation.
- ✓Monthly report. Cost per lead, cost per sale where trackable, spend efficiency, and what we're changing next.
Investment
- ✓Management fee. Fixed monthly fee based on account size, ad platforms, and how much creative work is involved. We quote a real number after we look at your goals.
- ✓Adspend goes to Google directly. No markup, no passthrough. What you spend, they get.
- ✓Recommended adspend depends on your market. We can't guarantee we'll spend the entire budget in month one; sensible campaigns ramp up as we learn what's working.
- ✓No long-term contract. You're not locked in past the current month.
Is this right for you?
Who PPC is (and isn't) a fit for
We'd rather turn down a bad fit than sell you the wrong thing. Here's the straight cut.
You're a fit if
- ✓You need leads in the pipeline within weeks, not months
- ✓Your service has clear buying intent search terms behind it
- ✓You can respond to leads reasonably quickly (slow response kills paid-lead ROI)
- ✓You've got a working conversion path on your site, or you're open to us fixing it
- ✓You can commit to at least 3 months so we can gather enough data to actually optimize
You probably don't need this if
- ✗Your service has almost no search demand for it (that's a demand-generation problem, not a PPC one)
- ✗You want to try PPC for a month and quit if it doesn't hit target (accounts need time to learn)
- ✗Your average sale size is too small to support the cost per lead your market runs at
If that's you, we'll say so on our first call. No hard sell.

FAQs
How much should I budget for adspend?
Depends on your market and your cost per lead. Very competitive services (legal, insurance, home services in major metros) can run $50-200+ per lead. Less competitive services can be well under $30. We'll model out what your market runs at on our first call and quote a starting budget from there.
Do you mark up my adspend?
No. Your Google Ads budget goes to Google, on your own credit card. Our fee is separate and fixed monthly. That's important: it means our incentive is to make each dollar work harder, not to keep pushing you to spend more.
How long before I see results from PPC?
Leads start coming in as soon as the campaign is live, usually within the first week. Real optimization takes 4-8 weeks of data before we can tell what's actually working and reallocate accordingly. Anyone promising you optimal results in month one is guessing.
What if I've been burned by a PPC agency before?
Hear ya. The usual reasons things go bad: no negative keyword strategy, weak ad copy, ads sending traffic to a homepage instead of a purpose-built landing page, or the account was set up and then forgotten. On our first call we'd audit what was done and tell you straight whether the setup was the problem or whether the market genuinely isn't there.
Can I do PPC and SEO at the same time?
Yes, and most of our clients do. They solve different problems: PPC for immediate lead flow, SEO for the long game. The two also inform each other: PPC data tells you which keywords convert, which feeds directly into SEO priorities. Check out our SEO page for how that side works.
