CMS collections are the real work here. Webflow's collection model looks similar to a WordPress custom post type on the surface, but the field types, reference relationships, and multi-reference setups don't map over automatically. We go through each collection during the audit, decide the right WordPress structure for it (custom post type, custom fields, taxonomy, or a combination), and rebuild it so your content editors get the same or better experience on WordPress.

The other one is interactions. If your site leans on Webflow's built-in animation and interaction system, none of that transfers as code. We rebuild the visual effects that matter using WordPress-compatible tools, and we're upfront if a specific interaction isn't worth recreating exactly versus getting the same result a simpler way.
