Social Media

Keep your social accounts active without doing it yourself

An abandoned social account tells prospects something about your business, even if it isn’t true. Posting starts at $500/mo. This is maintenance-level posting to keep your accounts active, not a full social strategy engagement.

Most businesses know they should post consistently on social media. Almost none have the time, and it’s usually the first thing that gets skipped when the week gets busy. We handle the posting so your accounts stay visibly active while you run the business.

Why us

Why teams outsource this instead of doing it themselves

Social posting is rarely hard. It’s just never the most urgent thing on the list, which is exactly why it keeps getting skipped.

  • An inactive account reflects on your business. When a prospect clicks through to your LinkedIn or Facebook and finds nothing posted in months, that’s a signal, even if it says nothing about the quality of your work.
  • It's the last thing on the to-do list every week. There’s always something more urgent than writing a caption, so social posting gets pushed to next week, then the week after.
  • Hiring in-house for this is overkill. Bringing on a dedicated social media person for a handful of posts a month rarely pencils out for most small and mid-size businesses.
  • An active account supports trust. Prospects checking you out before a call or a purchase read a current, professional feed as a sign you’re a going concern.
  • Consistent beats sporadic. A modest, steady cadence looks more credible than a burst of five posts followed by three months of silence.

Scope

What this service is

  • A set number of posts per month across your primary platforms, usually LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Content sourced from what you already have. Your website, your blog, and topics relevant to your industry, so posts reflect your actual business.
  • A mix of post types. Some promotional, some educational, some just shareable, so the feed doesn’t read like a wall of ads.
  • A monthly content calendar that we review with you before anything goes out, so you know what’s coming.
  • Basic engagement. We’ll respond to comments if they come in. This isn’t proactive DM outreach or community building.
  • A monthly report so the work stays visible and you can see what went out and when.
  • You can still post yourself anytime. We handle the regular cadence so the account never looks abandoned, but nothing stops you from posting a photo from a job site or a quick update whenever you want.

Honesty check

What this service isn’t

This service keeps your accounts alive. It’s not a full social strategy engagement. We’re not building an audience-growth plan, running paid social ad campaigns, or managing influencer partnerships (not our lane). If you need viral growth, influencer partnerships, or paid social ads, that’s a different (and more expensive) conversation, and we’ll tell you so plainly rather than sell you something we don’t specialize in.

If you just want your accounts to look active and professional to anyone who checks them, a prospect doing due diligence, a referral partner, a client considering you, we’re the right shop for that.

Timeline & investment

How it works and what it costs

Onboarding is quick since there’s no full strategy phase to work through first. We learn your business, build a calendar, and get posting.

How it works

  • Onboarding call, about a week. We learn your business, your voice, and your primary platforms.
  • We build a monthly content calendar. Drawn from your website, blog, and industry topics.
  • You approve it. Nothing goes out without your sign-off on the plan.
  • We schedule and publish. Posting runs on the calendar you approved.
  • Monthly report and calendar review. We check in on what went out and plan the next month.

Investment

  • Social posting starts at $500/mo. That covers maintenance-level posting to keep your accounts active.
  • Post volume, platform count, and content sourcing depth affect price. We’ll quote it straight once we know your scope.
  • Fixed monthly fee. No hourly billing for the posting work itself.
  • No long-term contract. Cancel anytime.

Is this right for you?

Who this is (and isn’t) a fit for

We’d rather turn down a bad fit than sell you the wrong thing. Here’s the straight cut.

You’re a fit if

  • Your social accounts look abandoned right now
  • You know a prospect might check your LinkedIn and you want it to look professional
  • You don’t need viral growth, just a consistent presence
  • You’d rather pay for consistent posting than keep arguing with yourself about doing it in-house
  • You’re a B2B firm or local business where social is about credibility, not lead-gen

You probably don’t need this if

  • You need viral growth or an influencer strategy (a different service entirely)
  • You’re an ecom brand where social is lead-gen (you need a specialized social team, not us)
  • You’re expecting inbound leads from these posts alone (this is credibility, not conversion)
  • You have strong opinions on every word and want to approve each post individually (this gets expensive fast and might be better handled in-house)

If that’s you, we’ll say so on our first call. No hard sell.

FAQs

How many posts per month?

It depends on your plan and platform count. We’ll set the number during onboarding and lay it out in your monthly content calendar, so there’s no guessing what you’re getting.

Which platforms do you cover?

Usually LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business Profile, since that’s where most of our clients’ audiences actually are. We’ll confirm your primary platforms on the onboarding call rather than assume.

Do you write the copy or do we?

We write it, sourced from your website, blog, and industry topics, and you review the calendar before anything goes live. If you’d rather write certain posts yourself, we can work around that.

What if I want to change the type of content?

Tell us on a calendar review call and we’ll adjust the mix going forward. The monthly review exists specifically so the plan can change as your business does.

Can I add paid social ads?

Paid social ads are a different (and more expensive) conversation from posting, and we’ll be upfront about that. Ask us on your first call and we’ll tell you straight whether it makes sense for your business.

Ready to stop letting your social accounts look abandoned?

Book a free 20-30 min call. We’ll look at your accounts, tell you what makes sense, and quote a real number.
