SEO Services

Find out exactly what’s holding your rankings back

You don’t know what you don’t know, and that’s the whole problem. Our SEO audit is a review plus a one-time optimization pass: a written report, a walk-through call, a prioritized fix list, and hands-on fixes across your top service pages. Flat fee, from $1,500.

If your rankings dropped, plateaued, or never took off, the reasons are almost always specific and fixable, not mysterious. Our audit is how you find out what's actually going on, and we don't stop at the report. It includes a one-time optimization pass across your top service pages so you leave with real fixes in place, not just a to-do list.

Why us

Why your site might need an audit

People come to us for an audit for a handful of pretty consistent reasons.

  • Rankings dropped and you don't know why. Something changed, traffic went down, and nobody on your team can point to the cause.
  • You're about to relaunch and want a baseline. Before a redesign or migration, you want to know exactly where you stand so you can prove nothing got lost.
  • You've been paying an SEO agency for months with no results. You want an outside opinion on whether the work is actually happening, and whether it's the right work.
  • You're evaluating agencies and want to know your real starting point. A real audit gives you a baseline that isn't shaped by whoever's trying to win your business.
  • You inherited a site with SEO problems. New job, new client, new ownership, whatever the reason, you need to know what you're dealing with before you can fix it.

Deliverable

What we review and where we optimize

We review the whole site, and then we roll up our sleeves on your top service pages. Here's the scope:

  • Technical health. Crawl and index status, page speed, and mobile usability, the foundation everything else sits on.
  • On-page factors. Titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking across your key pages, with one-time fixes applied to your top service pages as part of the engagement.
  • Content. Topical coverage, thin pages that aren't pulling weight, and cannibalization where multiple pages compete for the same keyword.
  • Backlinks. Quality of what's pointing at your site, toxic links worth cleaning up, and gaps compared to sites that outrank you.
  • Competitors. What they're winning on that you're not, and where the real openings are.
  • Keyword rankings. What you already own, what you're close on, and what's realistically out of reach right now.
  • Analytics setup. Whether you're actually tracking the metrics that matter, or just watching a dashboard that doesn't tell you much.
  • Google Business Profile. For local businesses, we check how your profile is set up and whether it's helping or hurting.

Process

How the audit process works

An SEO audit isn't magic. It's a rigorous look at your site through the same lenses Google uses, and we do it manually, not just by running a tool and forwarding you the output.

From kickoff to delivery, the review takes 5-7 business days. You get the raw research, a synthesized report that pulls out what actually matters, and a call where we walk through it with you and answer questions in real time. What you won't get is a 300-page PDF nobody opens after day one.

After the walk-through, we do a one-time optimization pass on your top service pages, on-page fixes based on what the audit found: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema, and copy tightening where it's needed. Scope of pages is agreed up front. Timeline for that pass is typically another 1-2 weeks, depending on scope.

The report is yours to keep. Once we hand it over, it's yours to act on however you want, with us or without us.

Timeline & investment

What to expect

Straightforward pricing for a straightforward deliverable. Here's exactly what happens and what it costs.

How it works

  • Kickoff call (30 min): we learn your business and your goals before we start looking at anything
  • Audit runs 5-7 business days from kickoff to delivery
  • Deliverable + walk-through call: the written report, explained in plain language
  • One-time optimization pass: we apply the fixes on your top service pages, 1-2 weeks after the walk-through
  • Prioritized fix list for anything beyond the optimization pass so you know what's next

Investment

  • From $1,500 flat. Includes the report, the call, the fix list, and the one-time optimization on your top service pages.
  • Scope of pages agreed up front. Larger sites or bigger service catalogs may adjust the fee.
  • No obligation on ongoing SEO. This is a one-time engagement. If you want a retainer after, we credit the audit fee toward month one.

Is this right for you?

Who an SEO audit is (and isn't) a fit for

We'd rather turn down a bad fit than sell you the wrong thing. Here's the straight cut.

You're a fit if

  • Your rankings dropped and you need a real diagnosis, not a guess
  • You're evaluating SEO agencies and want an outside baseline first
  • You're planning a site relaunch and want to protect your rankings
  • You've been on someone else's SEO for months and want a second opinion
  • You're doing SEO in-house and want expert eyes on your work

You probably don't need this if

  • You want us to just "look at your site real quick." That's not what an audit is
  • You want a 10-page overview generated by an AI tool. We do this manually
  • You're not willing to act on the findings. A report has no value if nothing changes

If that's you, we'll say so on our first call. No hard sell.

FAQs

How long does an SEO audit take?

5 to 7 business days from the kickoff call to delivery. That includes the written report and the call where we walk you through it.

Do you use Ahrefs or something proprietary?

We use Ahrefs and Google Search Console to pull the data, but the audit itself is manual. Tools surface numbers, they don't tell you what matters for your specific site. That part's on us.

What if the report says my site is beyond saving?

That's rare. Almost every site has fixable issues, and we'll tell you straight which ones matter most. If a full rebuild genuinely makes more sense than incremental fixes, we'll say that too, and explain why.

What's the difference between an audit and technical SEO?

An audit is diagnosis plus a one-time optimization pass on your top service pages: it finds and prioritizes problems across technical, content, backlinks, and competitors, and we apply on-page fixes to your key pages as part of the engagement. Technical SEO is a separate scope for the deeper crawl, index, speed, and mobile work that goes beyond what fits in the audit. Ongoing SEO is a retainer. Most clients start with the audit so they know what actually needs fixing before they commit to a retainer.
